The other party was often difficult, but Wassif didn’t get pulled into pointless back-and-forth. While I was anxious about the process, he stayed calm and confident, which really helped keep me grounded. Just before the final agreement was signed, Wassif picked up a small wording issue that could have caused problems later. Even though it meant reopening discussions, he made sure it wouldn’t affect me financially down the track.
