Client Feedback Snapshot:1. Amazing investment! The team has been phenomenal. I don't want to mention my industry so no one else in it uses them!2. Theo’s been super excellent and informative! Wow!3. Very Poor Value and No Meaningful DeliveryThis was one of the worst agency experiences we've ever had. StudioHawk sold the campaign as urgent and execution-focused, particularly around fixing key onsite problems in the first month. However, after paying several thousand dollars, nothing was done to enact meaningful changes on the website or deliver or publish content. Nothing improved performance or tracking. Most of the subsequent “deliverables” were documents and spreadsheets sent over after we gave termination notice. Not much proactive work was accomplished during the month. We also encountered unacceptable problems with incorrect tracking implementation and attempted billing post-termination that made me question their professionalism and trust. For the expenditure, the lack of tangible results was inexcusable. I can't recommend StudioHawk based on our project.4. Massive shoutout to Nick for his dedication. He has been a tremendous help. Horrible experience – do not use Studio Hawk I am a small, family-owned service business in Sydney and was looking for a reliable SEO company to expand my online presence. After some research, I found Studio Hawk, and things looked promising. The salesperson was convincing, the price was reasonable, and I was excited to get started. That’s where everything good ended. After agreeing to start, I was told that my website was too weak and needed to be redesigned before SEO work. That was strange-was it not their job as an SEO company? Despite my skepticism, I followed their advice and paid for a separate website update. I expected them to begin SEO work soon. Unfortunately, days passed without any contact. After multiple tries, they began work after weeks. They did nothing, yet I followed every instruction. They promised results. I believed and invested thousands based on their advice. But nothing happened. I kept following up but got no communication. Finally, after many days of chasing them, they told me that I was “not suitable for their project” without any explanation. Such a cold, cowardly message after I had spent so much time and investment. Studio Hawk does not care about small businesses or individuals. They are willing to take your money, give you misleading information, take their time, and leave you hanging. It feels like a con designed to drag clients, charge for a setup, and leave. This is the worst marketing agency experience I have faced. If you value your sanity, time, and assets, avoid StudioHawk. 10. First consult was very informative. Justin was great!
