Customer feedback: "Never helped never called back I’m autistic nd they Made no effort to ‘aid’ I didn’t know I needed my medical history and note from doctor in court no one told me what to expect or bring and when I went the courts were so rude that I didn’t bring evidence and now I’m on PROBATION FOR A YEr from the courts because of this detail I would’ve gotten happily from my doctor but now he’s moved and it’s too late to get a report from him as there was malpractice and I had to report it to aphra my life is a joke and why bother going to court again I have a bulged disk and can’t sit in the court room the amount they make you wait2. Unfortunately, they keep deleting my review, so I have had to just go with the one star without explanation I do hope that they investigate the formal complaint made about one of their employees. And I really hope that they listen to the phone call recording. Edit: interesting that you state I breached guidelines when it is you yourself who has to flag the reviews for deletion - it is not automated at all.6. Without James one of the lawyers at Legalaid my family and in particular my disabled son would not have the support and hopefully home he needs to have a quality life. I am so grateful for the service and will never be able to thank him enough. The grant was approved because there was a good chance of winning but the other side did everything in its power to stop it from occurring.
