Rebecca was quick and efficient in both emails and text messages. I sent her what was required and her response was almost immediate. Within 24 hours all processing was complete and we the business could let our mutual client know his funds had been transferred, remittance was on my email and the customer was stoked! I would not suggest Mulcahy and Co especially Evette. We had nothing but issues with our recent finance case. Lack of responses to emails, never returned calls, varied figures constantly, guessed certain details without discussing with us. Evette’s behaviour had us so stressed and in the dark with what was going on and when we complained we received no change. Our last interaction with Evette she walked straight past us in the waiting room like we didn’t exist. After all this was finally complete we were asked to review them, after doing so we received an email that we would be called to discuss our feedback and concerns, this has never happened. I will say Paige and Kylie were great, but with having to deal with the unprofessionalism of people like Evette for most of the time I wouldn’t go to them again.6. Mulcahy & Co Mildura deserves 5 stars, with a special mention to Rachel Turlan – Marketing Manager who was exceptional, committed, and delightful. Fantastic professionalism and innovative approach by all members. Excellent work and I will certainly recommend.
