At that time, WorkCover Victoria was awesome! They secured a great surgeon who quickly fixed me and returned me to work. Fast forward now… WorkCover has become a mental health minefield, losing any 'good will' and its initial intention. It's all about money; the injured worker is irrelevant. Nowadays, you NEED a lawyer, even just to navigate the system :-(. About a year ago, Nina & Sophie took my WorkCover case where they've put some excellent effort on my behalf. They've reduced Allianz' harsh bullying and got me a substantial payout from my Superanuation insurance. There is still a long hard path to go that won't be easy but at least I don't have to worry about money for a while. I'm glad to recommend them; they've done right by me and a couple of other people:-) Loren and Lucia were excellent with my mothers estate and property settlement great communication and professional Tyler helped me with a very complex defo case and achieved an achievable outcome. I am very grateful for Tyler, these last few months was a very stressful time with another party wanting to sue my 84 sick father for a 4yr old accident. Tyler explained everything and no time at all i felt comfortable with Maloney Andersons team. Tyler managed to have the matter resolved and stop it going to the next stage in a timely manner by explaining dad's situation. Thankyou so much Tyler 5 stars all round. I would defiantly use this law firm again. Would not recommend Maloney Anderson legal to anyone that’s hoping to win their case. Have been using them around 12 months on a case and have had to do more then paddle my own canoe, no return calls, would continually try and make contact with Ann or Maddie for weeks and my calls and emails would be ignored, then when they finally slot you in for half an hour appointment last minute, you quickly discover that they’ve failed to do any work on the case since your previous half hour appointment, every single time without fail. I brought up this lack of care and complete incompetence to them to which I was screamed at to leave and threatened to have police called on me. Absolutely no accountability for the shambles they run in that building! (Very obvious they care more about the dollar then they’re clients and actually winning. Everytime I’ve been there I’ve not even been able to lay out my own documents on Ann’s desk, has always been a mess of documents over the whole things, says to me they take on far to much work to be able to work 1 on 1 with they’re clients, everything was always a massive rush) The most draining experience ever! I have left several emails and phone messages.. 3 weeks later and still no response. Tyler Wolff ignores your request with no communication whatsoever! My case took over 2.5 years and it still isn’t resolved. Under his legal advice, I paid for a barrister which cost me $4000, He promises me I will be reimbursed the full amount ($4000). 2.5 years later still nothing, no money and no communication from him. Then out of no where I received an email that the case is closed. I was not happy so I replied to the email. Later that afternoon Tyler rings me apologising on their behalf stating the company will provide me a refund including legal fees ($880). I agreed to the full refund. Me thinking it will be the full amount of $4000 but the cheque was for $880 ONLY… ! I’m still out of pocket $3120? Still today he is not returning my calls or emails and it’s been 5 weeks. Disappointed and disgusting service! The company is meant to help you but instead they lie to you and take your money thinking they are untouchable because they are a legal firm. Avoid Maloney Anderson legal and look for a more trusted legal firm that will fight for you instead of taking you for a ride with no legal outcome. Outstanding business. Extremely impolite front desk was told they did not want to deal with my case leaving me even more confused about what to do Pathetic wasn't in office told us he would ring as soon as came in Never even rang back. That was 5 days ago Great service Loren & Phillipa have handled a number of property matters for me and most recently a settlement of a property that had a number of challenges. Thanks to them, I got an excellent result, one that in my opinion I would certainly not achieved without their experience and expertise!
