Summary of Client Feedback: 1. Strongly disappointed with One Agency Mildura. Seriously, the communication was some of the worst I’ve had from a professional service. Had to chase their office several times a day for an entire week to even get a basic update. At no point did I feel informed or valued whatsoever. The lack of follow-up was annoying, unprofessional, and not okay. The key situation was also managed poorly. The property manager held my keys for the new property manager until payment and evidence were provided. This was done on my end, but the keys were still held for another day and a half without an explanation. This was unnecessary and added more stress. All in all, the service from a business that presents itself as professional was, frankly, not good. When clients are dealing with important things, they should not have to call, message, and chase in order to get simple information. It felt like once they had secured my business, basic communication and accountability were no longer a priority. This was needlessly stressful and created a bad impression. I would expect more from an agency in this sector. Clear communication, updates, and basic professionalism should be a given, but that was not my experience. Consequently, I would not recommend One Agency Mildura. 2. Absolutely thrilled with our home sale experience. You made the whole process feel easy, stress-free, and supported. Your communication, professionalism, and care were apparent every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, and your guidance was always appreciated. Thanks for all the hard work and commitment, Josh, we really appreciate everything. Would recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell!!! 3. Disappointing experience for a first-time investment property owner. Communication has been terrible — we hear from the agency only when asked to make payments. There seems to be very little due diligence when it comes to tradesmen quotes. Once, I was quoted for work that wasn’t necessary. Once I followed up, I was told it was an error caused by copy-pasting from another job, which is worrying. This suggests that unless you check every quote, the agency expects you to just pay for it blindly. Renting a property is a long-term commitment that does not have immediate returns. This property management approach makes it seem like we have unlimited funds and should pay whatever is asked without accountability or justification. I will be switching property managers, but I doubt such feedback will inform their behavior. 4. I would happily recommend the One Agency Mildura team. They handled the sale of my property well and empathetically Ben Fitzpatrick the real estate agent was a delight to deal with and achieved a great price.. Thanks Pam Shugg
