As my parents will was held by them for 35 years, I thought the firm would help us & act on my parents behalf. Unfortunately, I was met with a very unhelpful, indignant and suspicious female. In short, the employee belittled her colleagues, denied their sound advice, and placed in as many obstacle as she could. Most unhappy & unimpressed.
