Client Feedback Review: Faram Ritchie Davies Client Feedback Review: My association with Ritchie Davies happened after my father became very I'll and was hospitalized, I flew in from interstate and rang Ritchie Davies as they were my fathers law firm, its was very emotional time. I rang to arrange the signing of power of attorney as there was no power of attorney in place and my father was 85 and had cognitive impairment when I rang I was questioned?? " I just saw your father last wk they said he can't be that bad" and then proceeded to tell me that we " all loose our keys '" "Im sure he will be fine"...I was not heard at all and blankly dismissed, even though I was out the front of the hospital calling from my car as my fathers only Daughter I was astounded from there response at such an emotional time. Yes they came to the hospital after paper work was drawn up, then I had to track them down again for medical power of attorney which they had to come in and sign and charge me again...Mind you the only law firm that had to also printed on my fathers newly written will that I'm their adopted daughter. It's not written into my mother's Will only that I am her daughter. The reception staff are wonderful. although I was left hurt and unheard. I moved on from them..2.
