Summary of Customer Feedback: 1. Excellent family law assistance 2. Horrible, incompetent, neglectful, and expensive. This is my first time needing a lawyer and it's been a terrible experience. Their staff and lawyers are horrid. They don't even bother to reply to emails and when they do reply, it's a mistake then I get charged an exorbitant amount for it. They're unprofessional in every way, they're always late, and their communication is worse than a mime. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere. This place is a nightmare. 3. When I say they were successful, I don’t just mean they won on the day. Katherine, James and Shania kept me in the loop at all times, answered all my questions very quickly and made sure that every time I stepped into the court, I wasn’t just a passive witness but I had the background needed to not just understand but follow the proceedings. I cannot emphasise enough how important that was to me as a layperson. 6. The court is a scary experience to think about, but also the preparation. When Katherine was unavailable, I didn’t feel like she pawned me off to someone who didn’t care or was just filling in. Every interaction was positive and I never felt they were doing me a favour or just trying to get rid of me. And even despite the clear demand on their time, I was always treated like I mattered and they actually cared about my case. Five stars. 7. Tyler Tipping & Woods: this company was my solicitor when I bought my home 2 years ago and when I sold this year. They are good - reasonable priced, answered my questions, easy to get in contact with, and responses came quickly.
