But suddenly, the firm didn't help much anymore. They increased my fees, which I had already paid, and were unhelpful in answering any questions I was asking regarding the property. Most of what these guys were asking were me providing answers only. • From my experience, if you are in the market for a conveyancer, be careful about Webb Legal. They will take more from you for doing less. They are sneaky, overcharge, and have completely abandoned their fiduciary duty. Their fees are much higher than the average firms in the market and that's a sign that you should be careful about them. • Separation of family is particularly tough on both ends. But when you have people you can rely on to ease the pain, then it becomes bearable. I am particularly grateful to Jeremy Sear and Annette Martino who made my court case memorable. They made sure I understood every detail and ensured we put our professional commitments into use. They also provided additional advice and engaged all the experts needed to ensure that I got the full picture.
