Miceal Ambrose Lawyers: “I had a matter referred to Miceal Ambrose as the Victorian Legal Aid duty lawyer at Korumburra Court on Wednesday 17th October 2021. This matter was listed with the Court for Thursday 18th October 2021. Miceal allegedly made several attempts to contact me on Thursday 18th to discuss the charges. He however called the wrong mobile number and proceeded to advise the Court that I had failed to return his calls which led to my matter being dealt with ‘ex parte’ with no regard to my wishes regarding this matter. My correct mobile number was confirmed twice with me by Korumburra Court as well as VLA the day prior to my hearing. The fact that Miceal Ambrose called an incorrect number is incompetent and unprofessional at best and reprehensible given the possible damage to my criminal record caused by him and his staff in not ensuring the use of my correct contact details.9.
