The following are the feedback details: Simon Parsons & Co. received the following feedback summary: One-star review: Never go there....... Five-star review: Couldn't recommend this law firm enough. They will fight for you when most won't. Five-star review: Great law firm. Everyone from reception and the legal team are very professional. I will be using them again in the future. One-star review: Communication is horrible, randomly stopped representing me with no explanation why. (Edit: there is a BIG difference between an unhappy customer and an abusive customer. Would of been nice to see an attempt at resolving the situation instead of being kicked to the curb) Five-star review: Simon saw me at short notice, he was kind and didn't hurry me through. His reception staff are fantastic and very accommodating and he gave me the advice I needed. I will definitely recommend his services and be using him in the future.
