Feedback from customers of Warragul Towing: 1. Excellent both the people and the service 2. Would highly recommend Warragul Towing. Had an accident with our car and caravan, they were so helpful. They got both back to their yard safely. Graeme (owner) then organised us accommodation (we were a long way from home). We came back and got all our belongings (some yards won't let you). We ended up flying home waiting on insurance claims etc. Graeme has checked in a couple of times. Couldn't recommend them enough. 3. My car broke down, and my new local friend recommended Warragul Towing, which also gave me their number. They came to my car, checked the car, and found my worn gear shift bushing. They provide a temporary fix and a professional solution so I can go back to road safely. I’m very grateful – this mechanic is legendary! Also love how friendly and helpful Australians are. Definitely 5 stars 4. Extremely rude customer service 5. Ripped off and taken advantage of. Stuck in low reception area, had a $900 quote to go to moorrabbinn. $250 quote from racv. RACV were nice enough to suggest to try someome local as it might be cheaper and will be able to get me home. I wasnt able to go home stayed the night in warragul and paid same as it wouldve cost to go home (not including accommadtion). Driver refused to give me a quote to moorrabbinn when he arrived. My property was left at the wreckers and worked on without permission. Nothing against blokes at wreckers they actually did a good job, good price and friendly. Towering though 100% scammers and will rort anyone for a buck and tell ya "unlucky" 6. Broke down 50 mins from home on the freeway it was cold and getting dark and I was a little bit apprehensive. Rang and spoke to Graham who couldn’t have been more reassuring. Mick was out to me in no more than half hour and gave me a ride back! The whole team couldn’t have been more lovely! The service was top notch and made a stressful situation so much better! So grateful!!!! 7. Great owner was quick to arrive 8. Rude and unprofessional on the phone. needed a boost in town- first they told us they wouldn’t do it at all. Called the head office and they said call them back. They then decided they could and wanted a ridiculous price and were pretty rude. Got a boost from somewhere else- wouldn’t wanna give these guys a dollar 9. Was calling around for availability and prices. I called Warragul Towing, didn't seem very happy to be answering phone and when I said I'd ask about price (ask my work), I was hung up on. 10. The team at Warrigal towing were very helpful and responded quickly when our caravan lost a wheel on the Princess Hwy. Quick and easy to arrange. Helpful staff 11. Found myself in the middle of nowhere and in need of a tow truck at 8.30 last night. I spoke to Greg who could not have been more helpful. Picked up my car and delivered it to where it needed to go. Both he and Graham followed up with phone calls this morning to let me know what was happening. Best customer service I have received in a long time. 14. Would highly recommend very friendly. They were also very accommodating to allow my partner to be in the passenger in the truck. They gave us a time frame. Also contact when 15 mins away. 15.
