Customer Reviews: Outstanding service! Groven went above and beyond at very short notice and this enabled us to avoid any penalty fees on settlement. Highly recommend and they are very fairly priced. The team at Groven legal were the best settlement agents I've dealt with over the years. I've used them twice so far. They go above and beyond, communicate well, and always do their very best for the client. We've used Groven Legal twice in the past now. Wouldn't use anyone else. They followed up with the bank regularly to ensure they were on target, and just as well as although the bank had received notification, they had not processed it their end potentially resulting in costly delays. Needless to say, we were extremely grateful for their expertise and diligence. Again, wouldn't use anyone else. Dealing with Wills, Probate and property settlements at a very difficult time in your life is very daunting, and I needed help to deal with the legal aftermath. From start to finish, every appointment, interaction, and constant communication was absolutely top-notch. They took me through every step of the way, explaining everything with compassion and such professionalism. Nothing was a problem. And they do not rip you off, (damaging other lawyers blood-sucking reputations worldwide) I was shocked. Highly recommend them :) Stephen, Lynette and Monique helped our family with several legal matters over the course of about 4 years. Stephen helped us deal with writing and executing my mothers will. Everyone was super compassionate through the whole process. When we faced other mortgage issues with our family home, Lynette gave us amazing service and advice while we processed our conveyency. She was our main point of contact over the past year dealing with this matter and has been wonderful to deal with. Overall, Groven Legal worked professionally and sympathetically to deal with our legal hurdles and we can't thank them enough for everything. Great service for settlement and conveyancing. The ladies really helped me understand the process as a first time buyer. I felt very supported throughout the entire process. I also received great service with drafting and then updating my will.
