The worst "lawyers" I could experience going through an already horrible experience. Was told I got a discount because Ian couldn't do his job, yet I still paid for it. Horrendous experience. Continuously chased up basic correspondence. Go some where else.3. My wife and I consulted Michael Larino and the first thing he did was insult me over my unusual name.. Then he couldn't push us out of his room quick enough he didn't care about us at all. I should have known better but I rang to make an appointment to see him over a matter of criminal compensation which he had told me he was happy to help me with and they haven't bothered to get back to me for two months. I do not recommend them.4. Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, no empathy. Go elsewhere. My father in law had weeks to live and no Will, so we appealed to them for assistance as we live overseas - "sorry, too busy". Can you suggest an alternative or somewhere that can help us "no". He's dying and my mother in law has just been diagnosed with dementia and they have no Wills, please help us "no, we're busy". So we took the first avail appointment 4 weeks later. In the meantime he died. When we rang to tell them we needed to cancel as sadly he'd passed, their response was cold - "will that be all?".5. Very good service6.
