Didn’t fix my back off my screen like I’ve shown them how shattered it was or still is we did not fix the back screen. They fixed my front screen that only had 3 cracks on it and replaced the battery and charge me 548$ when the back screen was the problem and battery was the issue not the front screen because I can still work with the front screen at the time but not my battery is still faulty not only that the screen they put on my phone has purple marks under it.. I didn’t receive no refund or anything for the inconvenience caused by them or a apology 3. Thanks for your help with our enquiry and taking the time to look for a product that is just right. Awesome Service from Jaxson, good to deal with! he has helped me alot with the 3D printing side. also got a great deal on my 3d printer and after sales service. highly recommended 5. Travelling up North with our caravan and found out we had to download the new software for our satellite to work. Called into Localworks in Geraldton and Jackson did all this for us. Thank you so much 6. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE – legal action in progress!!! I brought in my iPhone 15 Pro Max for a simple screen replacement. The phone was fine, except for a cracked screen. After the repair, the new screen was faulty - 5 millimeters were missing at the bottom of the display. for the price of 529$!!! I asked for a proper repair or a refund, but the manager offered to reinstall my broken screen. I waited for two days for the technician, who never showed up (and it wasn’t clear if he would come back according to the girl on reception), then the manager decided to do it himself. Only then did he inform me that my phone would no longer function if he put the old screen back on. I clearly told him that I didn’t agree with it and need to call consumer law before he does anything. I recorded him doing this, and he completely ignored my disapprove and did it anyway! A complete phone that I cannot even use for weeks, and it was my only phone to stay connected with my family and do my videos for blog when I’m traveling. He even wanted me to pay for the broken screen back to my phone with $50; I said no. This is not only bad service - this is a big legal issue. I have already reported this case to Consumer Protection. While other staff were polite, the manager still surprised me by his unprofessionalism, carelessness, and disrespect. He needs to thank God I remained calm in this situation. 7. Need a replacement charger for a very old laptop. Popped in on a Saturday morning and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Lots of trouble shooting to figure out what voltage was required, then on to find a fitting that would fit. 8. Very polite but refused to even attempt replacing the battery in my Samsung Gear S3 watch. "It's not the sort of thing we want to get into doing, try somewhere else". If you can't count on someone local to even try then what's the point of having Local in the name of your business? 9. This place does print outs from your USB stick and we're more than happy to help. We had a word document to print out and the library computers/printers do not recognise any Microsoft program, so basically useless to me! We also wanted an Aerial for our telstra Dongle and they knew straight away what we needed for it. Go to these guys if you want friendly helpful advice...or printing. 10. Efficient and helpful 11.
