Passing Paws Pet Cremations Feedback Summary: 1. Passing Paws is the best. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing. She was sympathetic, kind, and caring. She had the certificate ready and arranged for it to be posted out that week. She went above and beyond to ensure we had it when we needed it, and even dropped off the certificate to us on her way home from work as she works locally. Thank you, Ray and team. You should be proud of the team you have, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.2. I had the most wonderful interaction with the Passing Paws Team today. Original dog 'Molly' and needed a copy of the Certificate of Cremation – the lady (I'm sorry I think the Lady's name was 'Natalie' but I could be wrong, my apologies) who took the call was understanding, compassionate and so very thoughtful - there was absolutely no issues with organising the Certificate and organised to send out to us by the end of the week. HOWEVER, WOW, another member of the Passing Paws Team (Ray) has just personally dropped off the certificate as he lives locally. There is absolutely no doubt the Passing Paws Team care, they are thoughtful and go above and beyond in their client service. I congratulate you Passing Paws on all levels.3. Thank you for passing paws and all the help you gave us when it was time to say goodbye to my beloved pug bug. Everything about the process was great. The member of staff I spoke to was great and talked about my baby pug - bug with such respect and care and the certificate is worth its weight in gold. Loved how the package included a fur clipping and the urn and clay paw print we purchased were beautiful.4. I had my pug turned to ashes and I feel very satisfied with the fact that passing paws handled the cremation on my behalf. The staff was professional while treating me respectfully and politely. My bug was well taken care of and passed on to me through my chosen representative the very next day. I am very happy with everything they did to make their service to their clients great.
