Anytime I engage with GIO, they always tell me that they have not received any items from Slater & Gordon yet. I am confident that the individuals involved might have a lot of work to do, but the situation is very disheartening. If you are searching for a kind of solution, it is not found here. The experience was very pathetic for medical inclusion. They refused to take the case because they did not see it as a good addition or a success in benefiting from the insurance. It is so terrible that one can follow the correct procedure to seek help, and the person who is supposed to help you turns you citing some unachievable reasons. It destroyed my life and my happiness for a long time. I sought help from another company (Slater and Gordon Lawyers Perth Feedback). Tricia Wong, Shelby, and the rest of the group are extremely effective, very comprehensive, and very professional. They can deliver and show compassion and empathy in a very black and white setting. I commend their efforts. SLATER AND GORDON CLASS ACTION I would not recommend Slater & Gordon for class actions based on my experience (and hundreds of other people’s). We were part of a class action that Slater & Gordon negotiated. They didn't communicate properly or inform us of the actual likelihood of receiving amounts as opposed to the total claim. I have been waiting twelve years so that one class action could be finished. To my utter disappointment, I was never informed and had to chase them. This class action concluded, and I received a fraction of the claim, yet the entire claim was paid.
