I was in touch with another Injury Law Firm even before my claim was denied. He asked me to get back to him once the claim denied and he would fight for me on no win no fee basis. Would you believe, what he told me when I approached him in October 2025 soon after my claim denied. He wanted a big amount to be deposited in trust account to take up my case, which in my opinion unethical and fraudulent practice. I am afraid to add what he did was a marketing ploy just to fool vulnerable people like me. His demeaning attitude ruined my hope and affected my mental health beyond description. I was clueless what I have to do next. I was wandering and pondering aimlessly in the CBD with tears rolling in my cheek; saw Stephen Browne Lawyers. No appointment. Just gate crashed. Looking at me madam Rachael (she is the right person fit to be the face of SBL firm) was very empathetic and told me politely that I won't be able to see any solicitors without appointment. I was even more emotional; teary. So, madam Rachael asked me to sit and she would see what she can do. And came and broke good news that Solicitor Jane is on her way to see me.
