She’s incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle — but what really sets her apart is her personality. She’s warm, funny, and instantly makes you feel comfortable (which is not easy when you’re in a dental chair!). She takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. I left not only with my teeth feeling amazing but also with a big smile thanks to her sense of humor and positive energy. Maileen doesn’t just clean teeth — she polishes confidence! And if smiles could give out awards, mine would hand Maileen a trophy! The front desk staff were equally wonderful — super friendly, helpful, and accommodating with scheduling and questions. They make everything smooth from start to finish, and you can really feel that this clinic values kindness and great service. And of course, Dr. Ziad deserves a special mention — calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to ensure everything is explained clearly and that you’re completely at ease.
