If I could do less than 1 star I would.... I initially wrote a good review, but after my experience today, I need to change that. I have been to this groomer 4 times now... 1. When I arrived to pick up my 2 shihtzus they informed me they cut the puppies ear, but that it was ok. They put stop bleed on it and the girl who did it was quite upset. So I figured, mistakes happen, Archie is a puppy and squirmy. I ended up taking him to vet where he received 3 stitches. 2. I stayed and watched Archie get his cut to ensure it went ok 3. When I went to pick up both dogs, I noticed they were not together, like I was told they would be. They told me Archie (puppy) kept barking so they had to seperate them. 4. Today, the last time I will ever use there service... When I dropped both dogs off, I clearly asked for them to be kept together, as Archie is scared of the place...I was reassured they would be kept together. When I got there to pick them up, they brought the first dog out and then I watched them through the window, where I saw them get Archie from a back room with the lights off. When the girl brought him to me, I asked why he was in a dark room alone....she first lied and said the light was on, but admitted it was not after I told her I watched her. At this time the owner informes me they put him there because he was barking. I am disgusted by what I have seen today. To put a scared puppy in a dark room alone, who is already scared to be there...is unacceptable and cruel. I highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY
