Grace Jahns is Aligned Capital Partners Inc.’s Operations Manager. She previously managed the investment section at an Estate Planning company and was hired by Aligned Capital Partners Inc. in September 2020 to work for Shafik Hirani Private Wealth Management practice. Grace is a Calgarian who is now working with dolphins in BC after leaving the Investment Representative licensed by IIROC. She has completed both the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct Practice Handbook Course via the Company’s scholarship program, which has supported her in learning many aspects of her job. Her education has boosted her customer service skills, as she can solve complex issues and address client concerns professionally and emphatically. Moreover, she holds Life Insurance and Accident & Sickness Insurance Licenses. She is currently enrolled in the Wealth Management Essentials Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute. Grace shares that clients often feel their financial advisor runs on autopilot. Clients feel they are just one more step in the financial production line. The questionnaire is completed and they hand in their cash. The client then waits to hear back from somebody else.
