One client disapproved the company because the first quote did not set a price that did not contain all expenses and the firm owner's response was rude and disregarding the client's view about the quote. Many clients are happy to get good service from the company and did not have problems with the quote, but one experienced a bad experience with it.
I was initially impressed by this company and the fact that staff came by to double check my house size to ensure the quote was correct. I called to make an appointment for myself and our neighbours (same size house) and discovered that the quote they sent me was not in fact correct as it did not include screens in the quote, EVEN THOUGH THE QUOTE SPECIFIED SCREENS INCLUDED FOR THE QUOTED $485. The quote had been sent to me multiple times by then and shared with my neighbour. I was surprised when the manager/owner indicated I had made a mistake in my interpretation. I was a bit upset because I had told my neighbour the cost according to the quote and they wanted the service too. I was going to have to go to them to tell them it would be more than I told them. The manager/owner Chris was extremely rude to me when I pointed out his company’s error. It’s unfortunate but he decided he would rather stand on his principle than have my business or my neighbours’. Perhaps he was having a bad day. But it’s too bad that he was so rigid and rude to me, when the quote said all you need to know. One other good thing, that he turned bad: Initially, he offered to waive the 5% tax for my neighbour and us since I brought them business, but once I pointed out the problem with his quote he said something like “you act like you are offering me the world because you brought us a customer”. In short he was very rude to me and I don’t believe anyone deserves that treatment over such a trivial situation.
