Certified Flourishing Coaching

Buyer Beware: I was registered in the certified flourishing coaching program for the past year. I registered because I wanted to be coached by Connie, who is great! However, the two coaching "certifications" I took were very basic. The leader of CFC is always upbeat which made me wonder what he was hiding and he also brought everything back to politics and "freedoms", which had no business being part of a coaching program imo. Anyway, the program wasn't for me and it was a lot of money. I do enjoy being coached by Connie and I will continue with her outside of the CFC corporation. Oh, also, if you do their "certifications" you have the "opportunity" to be a coach for them...you receive a cut of the fee, which reads like an mlm. When I mentioned this with concern, I was told to consider it more as a franchise than mlm. I don't know a single coach who did the certifications, outside of their small inner circle, who is making money actually coaching. I wasn't in it enough to know the full details, but I have been in other coaching programs that basically brainwash you into thinking their way, and I saw some red flags here, so didn't go in too deep. They'll say I didn't commit enough so I didn't get the full value, but there was a reason I didn't commit. If you do decide to do it, just be aware. At least I didn't spend 20K like other life coaching programs and also have to sell my soul. I'm giving it 2 stars because I like being coached by Connie on things outside of CFC training.
