To start, we recommend consuming soft foods for the first few days. Avoiding hard meats, bread, and raw vegetables is essential. However, as your mouth adjusts to your braces, it will become easier, and you will soon be able to bite cucumbers again. You should still be careful while eating, as the braces remain in place and protect your teeth.
