Overcharged my insurance company and I on 3 separate occasions. It took almost a full year to get back a $400 refund which is absolutely ridiculous and was only possible because my insurance company launched an investigation into the dental clinic's claims. Receptionists vary in attitude with one of them being especially rude to almost every customer I have seen her interact with. I have also seen customers/patients question their own billing on multiple occasions and saw the rude one laugh at someone for saying she didn't have an email to communicate with. The second star is purely for the actual dentists and assistants who are always happy and great to deal with. I also find it extremely annoying that they text and call you on several different phone numbers? (My name is obviously not the same one I use as a patient)7. I'm in the middle of complex treatment to remove a molar that was affected by a rare resorbtion condition and replace it with an implant. The team at Crescent Heights, especially Dr. Newbert, have been amazing. I'm very confident that the treatment is going to produce a good result, and the care at the clinic has been excellent.8. She is extremely meticulous with her use of the Cavitron and hand scaling technique. I am very picky about how my teeth are cleaned, and she ensures that they are squeaky clean every time, including special attention to my back molars. I always appreciate her helpful tips to improve my oral care routine. Dr. Charles Leung is a fantastic dentist. The first time he did a full oral exam, he took his time to explain what he was looking for. I’ve been to many dentists, and he had the most comprehensive method I’ve experienced (including tongue health). During another visit, I was having an issue with a filling from a different dentist, and Dr. Leung quickly figured out the issue and smoothed it out. I recall a pleasant interaction with Esmeralda when I had my x-rays. Teresa, Kiva, Almandeep, Christina, and all the receptionists are always super friendly. Always a joy to visit this place!12.
