Calgary Listings Group is a Calgary real estate team with eXp Realty, built by Crystal Tost and Tyler Tost. Crystal has been a Calgary REALTOR® since 1997 and is a five-time ICON Agent with eXp Realty. Tyler brings a background in engineering, construction and mortgage financing. Together, our team has helped clients buy and sell more than 1,400 homes through booms, slowdowns and everything in between.


We work across all of Calgary, with deep roots on the west side and in the inner city. We also help clients in Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere and Diamond Valley. After nearly three decades of selling here, we know how each community prices, what buyers look for, and what makes one street different from the next.

Will I work with one agent or the whole team?

What does it cost to sell my home with you?
Every home and every seller is different, so we do not publish a set fee. We start by sitting down with you, looking at the home, and talking through your goals and timing. Then we lay out our marketing plan and give you clear numbers before you sign anything.
How do you decide on a listing price?
We look at recent sales, the homes you will be competing with right now, the condition of your home, and where the market is heading. The goal is to price it right from day one. Homes that start too high often sit, and that usually costs the seller more in the end.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes, often. We walk you through the whole process: budget, mortgage pre-approval, what to look for in a home or condo, and how to write a strong offer with the right conditions. Tyler has a mortgage and engineering background, so the financing and inspection questions get real answers.
