Best furnace service I've ever had. Michael was wonderful, I was able to explain the problem and he came on a Saturday with the correct parts, and installed them correctly and efficiently. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was up front and there were no "surprises" on the invoice. Highly recommend, and I will be using them from now on.

Described my problem on phone with owner and was diagnosed quickly sending over technician with part (inducement motor). Technician plugged in new motor to confirm problem. New motor installed quickly using refurbished motor which is guaranteed 2 years. So far I'm very satisfied. Keeping my fingers crossed as these new high efficiency furnace are trouble.
