The process will differ depending on the extent of the damage. We use a special pulling tool to prevent damaging the metal when pulling out dents. From here, the dent will be removed, and a thin smear of filler applied to the panel. The same process is carried out on scratches or dents, and then the area is sanded with sandpaper in order to enable the filler to adhere properly.
