The gentlemen at the drop-off store in Calgary were friendly and helpful. I found the communication via email and phone with the company to be prompt, clear, and friendly. I will use this business in the future. - Greg and the Heirloom team did a nice job washing my woven wool area rug. The job was worth every penny to me. The rug looks spectacular. I greet the customer service and beg you to continue with the excellent customer service. - Paid a premium for this service and my expectations were much higher.orre than to have my 8x10 wool rug cleaned by Heirloom after seeing the good reviews but they did a terrible job. They staff was rude and kept saying it was the best they could do when the rug came back looking the same with one of the major stains untouched. They didn't even remove the black edge where the under-padding was coming out. - I had an area rug washed. An employee called to advise I would be charged $57 extra to wash the one side. They were inconsistent with their estimate so I decided not to proceed with the service. - Extremely poor customer service. We called Heirloom Rug Cleaning Ltd. to inquire about dropping off our area rug. The gentleman on the phone repeatedly cut off the conversation and ended the call abruptly without confirming any of our details, and then hanging up. When I called back to ask why he was so rude, he accused my husband of being impatient which was completely untrue, as he barely had a chance to speak. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Because of this poor experience, we requested that our rug be picked up the following day and decided not to proceed with their services. Customer service should be courteous and respectful this was anything but. Very disappointing experience. - These gentlemen provided prompt, professional, and very courteous service! We are very happy and would highly recommend Heirloom Rug Cleaning Ltd.
