Hyper Hounds Dog Training

Hyper Hounds Dog Training is a positive reinforcement training school with a focus on agility, competition obedience, and scent detection. We also have a training facility for many weekend seminars, and mini-workshops. Our facility hosts a variety of useful workshops and classes that accommodate all dog breeds and experience levels. Our introductory obedience class, Puppy Instructors, will offer your furry friend a solid foundation in good manners. We aim to promote long-term success by creating a happy, confident, and respectful dog who enjoys interacting with its family. In the twelve-week course, puppies are taught how to sit, lie down, wait, come, stay, and walk nicely on a lead. To prevent unwanted behaviors, we also teach "leave it." The course also covers other vital behaviors, including staying at doorways, keeping all four feet on the ground, accepting handling (for vet and grooming exams), and automatically giving attention to its owner. Finally, the instructor will explain confidence-building exercises and address frequently encountered issues when training a dog. Handouts and video tutorials for all obedience program skills will be available in every session.
