Megatire was very prompt with answering my inquiries and provided an excellent solution when it came to new tires for our vehicle. Excellent service, relaxed environment, access to product, good people - overall a great experience. Thank you ?
I tried to phone Megatire today to ask about purchasing a set of wheels for my car, no one answers the phone, goes to a message machine right away, so I I left message with my cell number to call me so I can give them my business but it is now evening and have not received a call back as was promised by the message on their machine.
I will reevaluate my rating if I ever receive a call back.
