Attention to detail, respectful and helpful staff, and the added benefit of having personalized care from staff such as Jorge, Vanessa, and Verona were found to be the norm. Families found comfort and safety when they were communicating their deepest thoughts and emotions to staff who would later guide them through the complex process of burial, pre-payment, planning and finalizing the cemetery. Guests really singled out Vanessa's management, sensitivity, and particularly the way she could comfort and direct them through the experience. Flowers sent were quickly and professionally arranged by staff and guests were even offered convenience services such as wheelchair access, suggesting that the company valued the privacy of the grieving relatives. logrus Jotter was also a great service, making sure the information was accurate, and that the cemetery had someone addressing all their concerns as they bid the last goodbye to the corpse. As a result of the excellent service, the majority of the guests were confident in the company and would recommend it happily to close friends and family.
