The first time I saw this clinic I was greeted by a beautiful coming into the front door which was a really inviting and calming which made you excited to find out what the clinic has to offer. The front desk lady was so welcoming, warm and even in her mask, her eyes were smiling for her welcoming to m as if I was entering a spa rather than a clinic. Then comes Alicia, the expert in which I am to see that day. My case here in Natology was that I was shopping around for a new facial place just wanted to try something different, the gemini in me wanted a change , a new adventure in my skin journey. I was overwhelmed by the number of reviews available on the internet, and I felt like a kid in a candy store, I wanted to have them all but also didn't want to make wring choice leaving me with someone looking like a monkey. 1The expert, Alicia did her thing and when I first saw her she's so beautiful, from her face, her hair and even the facility, I told myself that I was finally in the right place. The place has a serene vibe and you can tell that it's premium and I had hope that I was walking out of that place looking 15years younger. Alicia simplifies everything and she made me feel at ease as she began the process. ALicia had the softest touch and the head massage that she gave was literally the kind where you drift off snoozing and are startled awake by the sound of your own snoring. As mentioned before, I was shopping around looking for a facial place, where manual facial massage would be given equal importance and not totally depending on the machine and tools to do the job. I specifically came for the effleurage technique and with Alicia's softest touch its worth experiencing. Alicia went on to give me a tailored massage especially for the face, she was so gentle and took her time with me, never in a hurry but enjoying the process as if it was her own face that she was touching. I was so comfortable in my seat that I could even feel my ears drooling and my head rolling back (but not that much) I couldn't even feel the effect of the syringe in the end but the results spoke for themselves. My pores were so visible and they were all clean, my face was so luminous and Alicia could tell that I was happy, she just smiled back and congratulated me. I told her that I would be back in 30 days time and we can now do the incisive treatment that she had recommended after seeing my pores. So the serum, oh my God, it was so smooth and you could feel the ingredients are of high quality. I will just come back for another facial at Natology just to have this applied on my face again. For now, I have gone back to my other facial place but I will be a frequent visitor to Natology especially when they introduce the offer I was told about, a package on 10 facials.
