Warning: Poor Service from Premiere Globe Moving & Storage in Winnipeg, MB
Dear Friends Sherran and I want to share our recent experience with Premiere Globe Moving &Storage.
here in Winnipeg, in the hopes of helping others avoid the same situation. As seniors on a fixed income with limited furniture, we recently hired Premiere Globe Moving & Storage for our relocation to Bergen Gardens Assisted Living. We were shocked to find that they had increased their hourly rate by nearly 35%, making it
a substantial financial burden for us. To make matters worse, we experienced a power outage on the day of our move, which delayed their crew. Despite the delay being beyond our control, Premiere Globe Moving & Storage still charged us the full rate, which felt incredibly unfair given the
circumstances. When we reached out to the General Manager in hopes of negotiating a reduced cost due to the unexpected delay, our request was denied without any
consideration. We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to businesses in our community, and we hope that by sharing our experience, others can make more
informed decisions about their moving needs.
