The company's customer service and communication are stellar. The people on the phone are kind and willing to assist you in any way they can. The job is not finished until they have addressed all of your concerns and met your requirements, the staff also give progress updates throughout the service process. Everyone, such as Rob and his fire and water damage repair team, is knowledgeable and experienced in their field. The level of professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by those who have relied on their services cannot be matched. The services are also relatively inexpensive and always produce excellent results. Their repeat clients are always left clean. and pleased. I'm certain that these clients would go so far as to recommend the company to their friends. Not all reviews are always positive. The statement and the person who made it is not legitimate proof. Another attempt to dissuade customers from using ProStar's services must be made. Marketing campaigns are often conducted, and they have not taken this into account. Time and again, they have solicited people's advice and received excellent recommendations unique to their situation, so I believe that these reviews and recommendations are truthful and should be trusted. At the present, I am still giving them four and a half out of five stars.
