It was great the sales rep was awesome explained everything about it and how it all worked it was very impressive yes tk you so much Easy to deal with, cheaper than others in the area and the staff are wonderful! I highly recommend Very friendly and helpful staff. Was very willing to show different storage units and also give a tour of the property. March 21, 2026 So far all good, we have been met with friendly and appreciative people here. My only one suggestion to operations would be to have the second set of door for the mail level open for more than 30 seconds having to input your digit code every time you enter the buildings second set of security doors while your caring items of having to put them down to re-enter the code is very frustrating. I had a great experience with Public Storage. The unit was immaculate, clean, and very well maintained, which made me feel confident storing my belongings there. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Navist took the time to walk me through all the necessary documents and procedures in detail, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. John was also very supportive and ensured that all the details were clearly explained. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth, hassle-free experience. Highly recommend! Price was best that I found and the manager and staff went out of their way to be helpful. Very awesome to deal with. Strongly recommend this storage company to everyone out there that has to move.
