She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that was clear and reassuring. The most notable aspect to me was how honest and ethical her practice is. Because my hair didn’t have enough pigment, Paige didn’t try to sell me on a large or expensive package promising results, Instead, she was upfront and explained that there was a good chance I wouldn’t get the results I was hoping for in my problem area. I truly appreciated that transparency. To give some context, I had previously booked a consultation elsewhere where I felt a lot of pressure to commit to services right away — including a full leg patch test for $100. Even though my pigment wouldn’t likely respond well. I really value her integrity and expertise. The whole experience was comfortable, positive, and pressure-free, and because of that, I would absolutely book another service at this studio.
