ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

At The Refinery, we have found uncommon paths to expansion. A road that is frequently uphill, tough, and unpaved in finding a new direction for the salon business may be the most difficult. The salon represents more than just a business to me. It is where I desire to live, work, and leave to my children. My intention is to build it for my children. Our Mission Statement reflects on this, as well as the 3 principles that guide it, so we can hold ourselves and our clients accountable as we move our business forward.
