The Refinery Salon & Spa

At The Refinery, we have found uncommon paths to expansion. A road that is frequently uphill, tough, and unpaved in finding a new direction for the salon business may be the most difficult. The salon represents more than just a business to me. It is where I desire to live, work, and leave to my children. My intention is to build it for my children. Our Mission Statement reflects on this, as well as the 3 principles that guide it, so we can hold ourselves and our clients accountable as we move our business forward.

The salon's stylists seem to have garnered remarkable feedback from the initial customers. It's evident that customers are satisfied with their service. It can be deduced from Cecilia's reporting that she has excellent hair skills. This was evident in a client she handled who had unkempt hair. The customer was amazed at how much better her hair looked after Cecilia worked on getting it back into shape. The customer was able to receive great community responses too. Moreover, other stylists like Jessica and Lauren received positive feedback for styling and, hair colouring which reveals community contentment.
