We had chosen Tru Exteriors to change the exterior of our house which included the installation of hardie board siding, trim, new soffits and new eavestroughs We are very happy with our decision. The quote was very reasonable relative to others we had obtained with no extra cost at the end except some rotten wood that was exposed and needed to be replaced, for which they charged us the cost of the wood and an insignificant amount for labour. The operations manager was competent and paid attention to detail, and the crew were hard workers, cleaning up every day, and showed up everyday, working in miserable weather (which I would not of been upset if they did not). Any little things like touch-ups, mounting of address plates, exterior lights, electrical outlets, etc. were dealt with with promptly after the installation of the siding and trim. Color matching chalking was applied everywhere, where trim and siding came together. I was not sent an invoice till every little thing was taken care of. Oh, and the house looks beautiful, complete, and certainly looks like it was done by professionals. Thank you Chris, Doug, Colin, and the field crew, and the people in the background like Sam, for a job well done! John Kuhn
