Over the past 25 years, we have grown and evolved into a charitable organization that serves the health and well-being of families and residents of all ages. We work together to create healthier generations in our Centre for Community Well-being and Innovation Collaboratory. Our home base in Panorama Hills is a place of discovery, innovation, and community where everyone can dare to dream and discover their best self. Our mission is to be Calgary’s leading charity community development agency that creates and delivers world class programs and services that ignite and support active living, wellbeing, and healthy communities. Join us for swimming, skating, climbing, fitness center, personal training, group fitness classes, gymnasiums, preschool, child care, summer camps, spontaneous play programs and so much more (about Vivo, 2020). Introducing the all-new aquatics area at Vivo At Vivo, we are always seeking ways to make your experience more enjoyable. That’s why we’re launching a major renovation of our aquatics zone in the summer of 2023. Our redesigned aquatics zone is designed to suit your needs and provide whatever aquatic activity you desire. Our improved aquatics space will include all the play areas you enjoy, in addition to a steam room, dry sauna, hot tub, and a new six-lane 25-meter pool with a wheelchair ramp. Whether it’s a splash in the pool, swimming lesson, or water workout, Vivo wants to make your aquatics experience as pleasant as possible. For years, we've had long waiting lists and turned people away who were unable to enjoy our aquatics area. The wait is almost over for you and your family to splash in our pool or learn to swim (Aquatic Redevelopment, 2020).

The school seems to be particularly good at accommodating the needs of special children. This is because most parents with children with special needs express their satisfaction in the services it provides. The curriculum in the children's camps seems to be the best in the area. Parents note their satisfaction with how their children are always content and happy when leaving. This is a sharp contrast to the experiences in other institutions, where the children's needs are usually neglected. Vivo highly values professionalism and good customer relations. Construction has impacted the family center during peak seasons. However, families appear to like the center due to the fun activities and beautification. Other clients have expressed satisfaction with the professionalism they encounter at the school. However, there have been reports of construction.
