Our goal is to get you moving and keep you motivated with regular swimming, diving, trampoline, gymnastics, and fitness activities. Swim Gym members are bucking the trend of physical activity decline.="<> Swim Gym classes are aimed at boys and girls aged 6-13 years when motor learning and physical development are at their highest potential. Three hours of skill development and physical activity are included in each session. Each 45-minute sport change accommodates different mental and physical abilities. Variety usually gets old, but our mix of activities keeps you engaged and improves. There is something new to see every week, with fun and exciting challenges offered up every time you show up. Our Swim Gym graduates have gone on to become National Sport Champions or International competitors, or just enjoy the joy of sports. All of whom have progressed in physical fitness and sported the joy of exercise.
