Significantly, staffers like Nitin Kumar, who complements the care and respect with which visitors were welcomed. The visitor's interactions, such as upgrading and customer service, were mainly reported positively, but naming other staffers like Aurea would have been useful. The guests mentioned the location in some reviews, which was mixed because of the nearby bridge. This meant that going to the place by car was difficult but walking was decent. Visitors frequently described the main rooms as clean and peaceful. Breakfast was another top-scoring item, with lots of choices and an excellent welcome. The guests were grateful for a pleasant and peaceful hotel stay. Staffers made a significant difference, and one guest was particularly grateful that they kept their forgotten jacket. Everyone was attentive and expert when interacting with the guests. A hint about safety cameras was in one of the reviews and the price. As these points came up only once, they were not a big point for the customers. However, the clean and safe hotel with helpful staff and good amenities were mainly mentioned.
