Many praised the professionalism and timeliness, and there are several mentions of the "brand new" condition of their vehicles after the detailing. Also, most commented that the price was reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. One client who had never detailed her SUV during its entire six years of existence was taken aback by the job that made her car's interior and exterior look new and could not thank them enough. Other customers noted that the final touches made their experience remarkable. The only negative comments were minor flaws and the appointment time, which most customers found challenging. Still, these intentional expectations did not diminish the vast positive experience. Most review would go back and would recommend, and according to the final stage, it was worth it and going back every year was a great idea. Another commented that two days of cleaning could not guarantee a 100% perfect condition; hence the 90% perfect condition was satisfactory and an excellent job for a fussy customer. Other highlights are the attention to detail and care they gave to the process. Two reviews were not in agreement one positively recommending the company and the other discouraging the customer from going back, indicating a room for improvement is not everyone's preference. The majority of previous customers had exceptional service and would return, including me.
