5 Stars for Harshdeep Jakhar and Juriscorp Law! This past year, I was working with a different lawyer to help initiate probate proceedings, after my mother passed away. Although my previous lawyer was lovely in her own right, unfortunately our probate had 3 rejections and the previous lawyer advised us to find a lawyer who had more success with estates and probates. Our family has been absolutely thrilled to have found Harshdeep Jakhar, of Juriscorp Law. I am beyond thankful that this lawyer was able to specifically tell me the errors that were made on the other lawyer’s probate application. Harshdeep took the time to educate my family and I on the law and what she planned to do to have a successful probate. Harshdeep also helped us redo our old documents since she did not feel that some of the information was valid. She took time to read our father’s power of attorney, enduring power of attorney and will and make the appropriate legal changes. Harshdeep is the most competent and knowledgeable estate/probate lawyer that we had the pleasure to meet. She is extremely professional, kind, compassionate, hard-working and honest. She works quickly and does not waste time. She goes the extra mile, especially for elderly parents who have limited mobility.
