Feedback on LIFE Dentistry: 1. This place is the best. got a wisdom tooth removed from Dr.Sim .absolutely no pain. I was very nervous but she removed perfectly...did cleaning from hygienist Thai.she did what previously hygienist left untreated.. very happy with the results.2. Life Dentistry was amazing. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is great. My comfort was a priority and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.3. My experience at Life Dentistry was extremely comfortable and reassuring. The staff were knowledgeable, informative and respectful throughout my visit especially Amina and Dr. Logan who went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. During my procedure , always stopped to ask how I was doing! Friendly and answered all my questions, offered alternate options for the work needed and helped with the insurance.11. Excellent12. I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The customer service is exceptional, and the team makes every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. The front staff are incredibly friendly and efficient and direct billing makes the whole process seamless and stress-free. Dr. Brittany Logan is truly fantastic. She listens carefully, takes time to understand your concerns, and provides thoughtful expertise along with clear options for treatment. I always feel informed and cared for. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and patient focused dental experience!13. Had an x-ray and some fillings done here and couldn’t give enough praise to dr. Brittany Logan. Only place I’ve ever been that offered the “dam” so I wasn’t choking on my own saliva the whole time. Also the only time I’ve ever been numbed enough so that I couldn’t feel anything for the entire procedure. After problems with a filling done here, instead of investigating the problem, I was told for months that it should be fine and that the pain will go away, even though I immediately knew there was a problem and called them that same day. Their solution was to drill. They drilled away so much of my healthy and irreplaceable teeth(plural) in multiple visits due to pain, and now I am left with very short back teeth and still constant pain after 4 months. If you have more complicated problems, I would reconsider this place.
