The cleaners did a thorough job , efficient and house is tidy & windows and baseboards clean , however difficult to communicate with them as neither cleaners spoke English . I also noticed new scratches on my floor for when they moved my fridge . If I could give zero stars, I would. I used this service in June of 2025. I clearly stated the criteria for my expectations (Deep clean of bathrooms and Living room), and was quoted $350 for 2 cleaners over 4 hours. I also stated I would be out for the duration of the service. After the 4 hours had elapsed, they called me and requested another paid hour to complete the job. Valuing quality over speed, I granted the request. When I returned home around 1pm, the cleaners had left and I walked around the areas agreed to be cleaned. I found VISIBLE streaks across the TV (which I haven’t been able to remove since), windows, and shelves undusted. Bathroom walls still had shower streaks and soap scum / calcium around faucets. I called back to explain that I was not happy with the service. I provided photos, and the “dispatcher” was unapologetic, stating that because I was not available for the final walkthrough (they did not notify me when they were finished, so how would I know?) that they would not take accountability and mentioned they could come back another day for further payment instead. I argued over the course of 24 hours for a discounted service, which the dispatcher settled on. However, I never got my money.. Save your money and skip these clowns. They’re super friendly, and super transparent about pricing and timelines needed. You won’t be disappointed.
