Ron McRobb brought his friend Frank King into a moving company that the two started together in Whitehorse many years ago. Instead of a paycheck, Frank was granted a share in the company. His commitment to the company transformed it into Pacific Northwest Freight Systems (PNW). Frank continued with the PNW accountability until his death, where his son Sheldon now oversees five businesses in Whitehorse fifty years later and has increased the number of company branches. These enterprises grew as PNW transformed to meet customer demands. Kevin, Ron’s son, is in charge of the Edmonton Terminal. Over time, the family has established a strong business foundation. Their success is attributed to one thing: friendly, competent staff members and reliable equipment, all for a fair price.

This freight company generally pleases its customers with feedback portraying the staff as accommodating and their service as satisfactory. Highlighting the reviews are personal accounts of assistance they encountered from the company's drivers, like when they were involved in a fiery car crash that a driver helped them stop, another scene tells of how the company helped ship a bus they bought, with good successions on customer care cooperation between for the company. Also commendable is the company's policy, which gives a second chance to rookies who might have run into initial difficulties and considerate management which counts as a friendly and rewarding work atmosphere. A few customers are, however, unhappy like it misses the ending working clause and nonspecific negativity. The level of job satisfaction in such a company is related to the negative sector of working. While the company is not perfect, it does offer good compensation for the management of the freight business.
