Explains all the details. **Make sure to watch out for the charges they do because they charged us too many things, good thing we have a friend from real estate that helped us. Also we supposedly get refunded, but they stop answering our calls and emails after we signed up for everything. I had to contact everybody in their offices for them to answer me and that took almost 3 months. Skip these people. Negative STAR. **Great service and very personal with clients and a great attitude. I would certainly use the lawyer for future real estate services.
