ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

We, Posh Pooch Hotel & Daycare, have relocated to a new facility. Our friendly and professional staff will greet you with a smile and help you feel relaxed about leaving your dog with us. We have been in operation since 2010 and can handle any situation. Kari Dilts, the owner and operator, has been a dog trainer certified since 2008. Krystal Mackie, who has served as a General Manager since 2011, and Abby Basarabowich, who has been on our management team since 2012, are also part of the management team. (Kari Dilts, n.d.). Krystal Mackie since 2011 and Abby Basarabowich (our assistant manager depuis 2012) Our management team has been trained in dog behavior. All ideas come from Kari, which has allowed the team to adapt to each personality type and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay at our hotel. Each member of the management team has been certified in first aid.
